As Managing Director of Shore Construction, James chairs the Leadership Team as well as leading business strategy, investor relations and new project appraisal. James is also a driving force behind the Group's CSR strategy including the chairtable partnership with WBC Cares UK.

Simon is an experienced Construction Director with over 30 years’ experience, including 9 years at director level in the PBSA, social housing and co-living sectors. As Construction Director, Simon is responsible for health and safety, project delivery and development profitability. Simon also leads our relationships with local authorities, planning officers and industry advisors. Over the last 8 years, Simon has led the successful delivery of projects with a development value over £330m.

With over 20 years’ experience within the construction sector, including 15 as Design Manager, Brian’s knowledge and expertise supports our projects from tender through to project handover. Brian leads our design and value engineering process as well as managing relationships with project planning, environmental and engineering consultants.

Dan is a skilled and effective commercial leader, proficient in all commercial aspects within construction projects. Dan is responsible for setting and monitoring project budgets and overall financial performance including estimating and quantity surveying.

Elle is the Group’s Risk and Compliance Manager, with responsibility for policy creation, performance reporting, auditing and management of our accreditations. Elle has over 5 years’ compliance management and accreditation experience including ISO accreditations (9001, 14001, 45001 & 27001), Safe Contractor and Considerate Contractors Scheme. In addition, Elle manages compliance to our extensive internal policy framework including modern slavery, procurement and GDRP policies.
Elle also plays a pivotal role in our CSR strategy leading delivery of our social value commitments.

With over 15 years’ experience in Health & Safety management, Kevin brings extensive knowledge and strategic guidance to the business. Working closely with management and on-site teams, Kevin leads all aspects health and safety policy, reporting, compliance and accreditation. Kevin is a results-orientated H&S professional, dedicated to improving the wellbeing in the workplace.
Kevin reports directly to the Construction Board and sits on the Group Health and Safety Committee of our sister company.
